Construction Update:

Crews continue to erect the steel portion of the roof structure. Five of the nine steel trusses have been placed. In addition to the trusses, crews continue to work on the connecting joists.  The contractor has started installing the steel decking for the roof structure over the front lobby area and hopes to have the roof completed by mid- to late-December.

Concrete and masonry block work continues on the site with work progressing on many of the interior walls. Most of the concrete for the building has been poured including the bleachers and ground level concrete. The ice rink slab will be poured later in the construction process.

The insulated metal panels for the building exterior are being stored temporarily in a portion of the parking lot on Gray Avenue by the spray park in LeBourdais Park.  It is expected that these panels will begin to be installed on the exterior walls within the next week.
